Plain English: Sir Bill’s Take on Life Beyond the Beehive

Date:      Thursday, 7 May
Time:      12:00pm – 2:00pm
Venue:   Christchurch Town Hall – Limes Room

Five years after his last CBN appearance, former Prime Minister Bill English returns to reflect on leadership, faith, and life beyond the Beehive.

Now working as a Director and advisor, Sir Bill will share insights from his years in government and offer thoughtful reflections on the current state of New Zealand and the wider world.

Grounded, thoughtful, and widely respected as a former Prime Minister, seasoned politician, family man, and a person deeply rooted in his Catholic faith, Sir Bill brings a unique perspective on leadership, business, and life after his time at the Beehive.

In this engaging conversation, he will share stories from his years in government, lessons from leadership at the highest level, and reflections on how faith and values shape decision making in public life.

This is a opportunity to hear from one of New Zealand’s most respected leaders as he offers his plain English perspective on leadership, service, and life beyond politics.
